Coolers and freezers will be inspected and adjusted if necessary for the following;

Door seals Inspection, Condenser & Evaporator Coils Inspection, Cleaning of Condenser Coil (once a year), Fans Inspections, Compressor and Sealed System Inspection, Thermostat Inspection, Controller Parameter Verification and adjustment if necessary, Defrost System Inspection and Drain Line Inspection and Clearing.

Walk-In Coolers/Freezers will be inspected and adjusted if necessary for the following;

Condenser Coil, Evaporator Coil, Defrost Timer (if applicable), Defrost System, Drain Line Clearing (once a year), Superheat/Subcool Adjustment (if necessary with season changes), Sealed System lines and Valves, Thermostats

Ranges, Cooktops, Ovens, Salamanders, Griddles, Fryers will be inspected and adjusted if necessary for the following;

Door Seals, Igniters, Thermopiles, Pilot lights, Ceramic Plates, Rollers & Racks, Ventilation Panels, Surface Igniters, Connections of Gas Lines (with in the unit), Flame Coverage, Electrical Components, Control Boards and Complete Operation Function

Ice Makers, Beer Coolers, Wine Coolers, Beverage Coolers, Display Coolers will be inspected and adjusted if necessary for the following;

Ice thickness, Ice Production, Reservoir Condition, Drain Pans, Yearly Cleaning and Descaling, Leaky Valves and Connections, Compressor and Sealed System, Condenser and Evaporators, Fans, Air Circulation, Sensors and Control Boards and Defrost Systems
